How add milisecond to combat log?

Not possible me thinks http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/.../strftime.html the best your gonna get is Get_Time but it seems fairly fruitless.

I think this is possible becouse grim addon from x-perl pack show miliseconds but in different window.
