World map mouse overs

Since 4.0.6 (or at least it seems around then) I haven't been able to mouse over world map areas I'm not in and see the zone. It will only work for 1 or 2 zones adjacent to the zone I'm in

Also when I mouse over a map that doesnt reveal the mining nodes still change. For example in this screen shot I'm in Uldum and mousing over Un'Goro Crater; you can see tanaris to the right is drawn still but Un'Goro remains hidden however the ring of thorium/mithril is now placed over the Uldum zone

I've tried messing with Max number zones to draw and detail graphics visible without much luck

Any ideas?

Try pressing SHIFT + M.
