Movgin of a Button Window

Hey, I have this box of buttons that I cannot figure what mod is doing it, I have a link to the screenie I have with the Box Highlited. If somebody could reply back with what it is and how I move it that would be great!

It's called a "context menu". It naturally bound to Shift+Mouse 4, but you can change it in the bind menu. Or if you dont want it, just click a blank area and it will disappear.

It's not a new mod, it's actually part of the MazzleUI Bongos.

It has nothing to do with Bongos, but yeah, it's the context menu. All documented in the FAQ.
