Basic nameplate addon search

Hello everyone.

I was wondering if there is a basic/simple nameplate addon that simply adjusts the size?

I tried a few addons that have like a bajillion features I do not use/need...(although they were nice addons not trying to say they arent

Anyway is there something simple out there? or how hard would it be to make a little addon that simply adjusts the default plates??
