HuD like UI

I found a UI mod that i liked a while back, i dont know the name of it and i was wondering if anyone know of one like it that kept the normal action bars at the bottom? (I rly just like the Health/mana bars.)

There are many heads-up-display addons. Maybe you can find one here that works best like your old addon. Just type HUD in to the search box on WoWUI and have a look around.

You might want to try out IceHUD too. That one is really popular among HUD users.
