Say macro, spell, when ended

Hello!

Since I cant find the right category for this subject I choose this category.

Okay, look at this print:

As you can see in the chat "hayden" says what he do and when the spell ends, as Polymorph etc.

How can this be done? The macro for it I mean. Or is it a addon?
Anyways. I want it to say like this:

When I cast Rep on focus:
Repentance on [focus]

When he trinks/it ends
[focus] trinket Repentance
or
Repentance has ended

[focus] = the name of the player in focus

If someone know, please answer
