Trouble with FlexBar

I'm having some trouble with FlexBar.. since i find it very confusing to use.
from what ive read it should be able to give me some more "Boxes" to put my "spells" into..

i added one box (starting simple)

and now i have to move to where i want it?

how the hell do i do this? >

please help.. or redirect me to somewhere i can get some useful info!

im sure the Diivskins mod has a Flexbar for dummies.txt in it. Read that.
