Actually, Landrell, that's very streamlined, imho. And clean. I like it. I may steal a few ideas from it, rofl~

Start as simple as you can, then add the important stuff, make it look good, then add the rest you want Oh, and copying stuff from awesome UIs works well.

Pet frame looks a little bit to bulky, doesn't fit well, imo. Maybe make it a thin, but long "line" and put it at the bottom of the player frame slightly behind or overlapping it, just like those buffs/debuffs. You could than put the pet's health to the right of your player name (which I would hide... always, but err... I guess it's for symmetry or something).

Maybe also increase the height of the healthbar and let the auras overlap it more, instead of just sitting on it's border. Same goes for the buttons at the very bottom (move them up a bit).


Very nice layout overall.

An other screniee, changed the power bars on bossframes, tot, target.

without, buffs, portraits.

and i painted abit, too you how i would like the power bars to go down on focus, player, pet, party ;P

Hmm...
It looks better with the new borders, like it's meant to be there. The shadowy didn't imo.

It is better integrated, but I think the UFs look better the old way...maybe change everything else to 2px solid + shadow.

Although maybe I'm just cranky @ Tukui...

Old is a lot better imo..

Did you try changing actionbar and aura border instead too get something similar too your uf's border?

I like the old more, it blends in more with wow but still maintains its identity.

Agreed, the borders seem to 'grow' from the frame, I like it alot.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I think I kinda agree with nin and might think of chaning aura border to make it more consinstant. I've been trying to like the border but I don't really. :S

I have the same issue. If you don't display the text, you get the error. I just learn to deal with it because it still works. I've already suggested to the author for an option to show text upon mouseover, but no response yet.

Normally, yes. But the second addon "Simple Unit Frames" can put DogTags on it. You can find it on Curse or so.

I never used any lowercase Myriad. It was Arial Narrow in lowercase.
