Addon to change macro content based on player buff.

Hey,
I was wondering if there already exists or if it would be simple to create an addon, that changes the content of a macro based on player buff.

My personal goal would be a macro that changes between Aspect of the Hawk and Aspect of the Cheetah.
I change between these two aspect ALOT when I run around levelling and my pinkie is starting to feel the strain of pushing a modifier

I know macro text can be changed and I looked thru tekkubs buffet addon to see if I could figure it out. But got too confused
