What Interface is This?

Searching random videos, I came across this. I like how the interface looks, and was wondering what it was. That led me to this site, and now that I'm running out of time to search tonight I decided to post here. So, anyone have any idea what interface it is, or know somthing like it? Thanks, and I appologize if this is the incorrect forum for this.

THat is a full on Discord layout. Unfortunately Lozareth's site seems to be on the fritz again. Whenever it comes back up, check out http://www.discordmods.com/ and you can find loads of layouts and templates to use or even help you design your own.

uhm, exactly which part are you asking about?
1st, the vid is pretty bad quality so its hard to see much of anything, but other than the BagMod and ElitePlayer frame i dont see much thats not part of the stock blizzard UI

the bag mod could be BagNon, OneBag, or one of the many other all in one bag mods out there

other than that, i dont see much custom stuff at all
