With OverAchiever there seems to be a way of adding a tip to the Recipies that are for Achievements. It's a feature that is listed as Cooking Trade Skill UI:‡. I was wondering if there was anyone willing to create an addon that would show World drop, Dungeon Drops, Raid Drops, Faction, Vendor, Trainer as an icon for recipe lists like Skillet/ATSW or regular UI. It would be on the list itself, not the actual description.

Not exactly what you're describing, but perhaps you might find Ackis' Recipe List to be of use? It produces a list of all the recipes you don't know and tells you where to find them.
