Screenshot help

I know I have asked this before but my memory is all sorts of screwed up sometimes. I want to get a screenshot of my addons folder to post here to have the experts look at it and offer suggestions on duplicates, less memory hogging, more efficient, etc. How do I do that and then paste into a post here?
