It's behaving like one at size 8 too, it's just behaving like a size 10 pixel font 2 sizes too small.

I still stand by my point that the font you've posted is a poor example, because it simply doesn't fit into the debate. If the main drawback of pixel fonts is that they're "hard to read", then a normal font that behaves like a pixel font at the same size is no different.

Anyway, last post on that. Pretty much said it was a silly argument from the start, don't wanna get on Seerah's bad side. :P

I use a massively modified aMinimap, it's got a lot of my own stuff in it but the base is by Alza. There's loads of minimaps that do more or less the same thing though.

Again, a new wip of mine. Player has no healthbar etc. Fades to .3 out of combat, shows in combat or when a harmful target is selected, ...

Basically trying for a more textbased UI. Don't mind castbars etc, basically I've only really worked on the UF's so far.

Ya, just running an edit of TukUI made by Saft, with a few personal touches here and there. (Don't kill me for the resolution, 18,5" sucks, but i'm getting a 20" tommorow or so, so yay.)

And i have a few questions for you UI masters here.

What chat mod do you guys run?
What about tool tip mod then?

Plus a more textbased UI without a huge font would be pointless imo.

Also, a little update of what I am working with (ignore everything but the unitframes, its cata beta :3)

He uses SuperNatural1001

If you find it annoying that the chat lines are so close together you can either go ChatFrame1:SetSpacing(2) or if you alter the font with some lua to edit the chatFontNormal/Small you can just go: ChatFontNormal:SetSpacing(2)

I recommend FieryTurk, Semplice Regular or PF Ronda Seven

Eclipse Tukui edit user here... I used Prat for what seemed like ages, and then ditched it. Can't really say that I miss having a chat mod as Tukz pretty much put in everything I used Prat for. I'm still using the built in tooltips for the UI along with TipTac Talents.

@ Led - love the font - you know that though...love the UFs! If I ever let go of Nins alpha ones Ill be going back to skinny lines with larger PIXEL fonts!

@ whoever asked about chat addons. I used Prat forever, then BasicChatMod, now I use MyChat cause it's sexy. I have modification to it and have added some files from BasicChatMod. I love MyChat cause my LUA is still learning so I like LUA addons that easy to follow.

@ about Pixel fonts - I HATE HOOG fonts - hate them...a lot. I found Pixelate in one of the sharemedia and have not stopped using it yet. It has a nice width between characters so it is easy to read even in my chat frame. I use it everywhere I can.
