Version compatibility? 1.9 -> 1.10

Hello,

I recently downloaded the Royal Suite and it does not seem to work right. It comes with the saved variables files but it was released during 1.9 and I dont think the author is working on it anymore. So, I was wondering. Do the saved variables files from the 1.9 version work in the 1.10 version?

Also, a side question. Royal Suite was made on a crazy 1900xsomething resolution. Is there a way to scale the whole thing down to a 1024x768 resolution without editing every single texture.
