Hm, if by watch u mean inspecting, than SuperInspect is the mod for u!

I use Examiner now, you can bind a key to inspect the person you've got your mouse over, stealth inspecting! and it saves their kit so you can look at it later on, and if you've got a friend with it installed you can share the info with them

It's in my folder of addons to try out, so i can't tell you much about it. It looks like SI with a few more features.
