Chat frame drop down box

Hey all. I am new to the forums and using RDX as well.

I was customizing my RDX setup (Syla theme) and I originally had a drop down arrow by the chat frame so I could attempt to view different chat windows (general, party, guild, etc).

The arrow wasnt very useful as the drop down box hid behind the main panel frame at the bottom, but then it disappeared on me all together. I would like to know if there is a way to get it back so i can maybe fix it?

I did reset chat frames, etc and it has yet to return the drop down arrow.
