AddOn that allows you to TAB through everything?

I played FFXI for 3 years and I'm used to being able to target by using tab.
On FFXI, tab will target through monsters, NPCs, and players alike. Not to mention dead bodies!

Is there any addon that will allow you to cycle through everything targettable using the keyboard?

TAB targets all enemies
CTRL+TAB targets all friendlies

On a more serious note, I would assume this addon (if it existed) would give the option to give priority to either friendlies (healers), enemies (DPS classes), and proximity (no real reason).

It's actually not that hard to tab through many people.
Or maybe I'm just used to it from being able to do so in another MMORPG.

On a similar note, is there a way to extend the targetting distance? It seems so short.

You can target anything within your field of view.

Setting your View Distance thus affects this range.

It's not hacking because you can't exactly do anything from umpteen yards away anyway.

Maybe the priest spell Mind Vision (It might not be exactly named that), but you can use it on party members from large distances. (I've seen it done from Stormwind to Westfall, but it was a month ago, and they may have fixed this. The range used to be something like 50,000 yards.)

So, essentially, if you had a computer powerful enough to extend the view distance so great to see the entire world (impossible, as the WoW engine doesn't support this) you could theoretically, target them. But what would you do?
