What modpack is this?
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place, but it seems like it would be lost in chit-chat. I was using this UI a while ago, and I know I downloaded it from this site, but I lost the name of it. Does anyone know this UI?

Shameless self bump

I have the addon folder that comes with it but forgot to copy over the WTF folder when I changed computers. Is there any way I can search UIs containing certain addons? I think it'd be much easier to search through those that have eePanels as opposed to searching through every single UI on this site.

Try going to the Find tab and checking the box to search in descriptions. All compilations are required to include a list of the addons they use (though some do this via a screenshot of their addons folder).
