No item tooltip

I have no item tooltip when mousing over items in bags... is this intended in the default ui since 2.2 or what?
How do I get them back?

Are all of your addons up-to-date? Are you getting any errors?

I had that problem aswell. De-activate all your add-ons then activate them again one at a time so you see which one who causes it.
