Any one know what UI it is?

Currently, I am using Echo UI [Great UI pack anyway-].

Few days a go I updated my addons by WowAceUpdater.
And after that when I group with someone that small windows always show up.

It’s not movable and has no option……
I tried to figure out but failed-! So, please- anyone know What UI it is?

For Make it Clear-

After I disable Smartdebuff, it's gone-!
Therefore, I am pretty sure that windwos is from sdb.......

That's the status window from SmartDebuff. /sdb options to get at them and change things around.

Now... I don't use SmartDebuff, as I prefer Decursive instead, but that's not SmartDebuff... Looking at the UI download page, SmartDebuff/Buff aren't even listed in the addons list.

The mod is PROBABLY XRS.. how can you even think it has anything with debuffs to do? LOOK at the screenshot
