The ToolTip type thing ( ) near the middle of the image, that displays the items.

It looks cool and i want it ^_^

It looks like it could be SKinner, it changes the look of all your UI by reskinning the blizz (or other) stuff.

There is another mod which allows you to have more than one item link up on your screen at once, too, though I don't recall off the top of my head what it's called...

You might be looking for MultiTips which "Allows multiple tooltips of itemlinks to be opened at the same time. (Athou)" This allows you up to 5 itemtips to be opened at one time. There's also LinkWrangler if you enjoy having a bunch of useless buttons added to the itemtips as well.
