Spell advisor for pvp

1) I saw in a pvp video a mod that was warning (in a sort of raid warning message) about what spell was the enemy player going to cast. For example: xyz begins to cast flash of light or xyz gains beast whitin. Do you know the name of that addon?

2) I currently use proximo for arena, but I'd like to have a sort of little frames which show the enemies cast bars. Of course I have ENCB but I'm looking for frames which make you see every enemy cast bar.

2) I think that's not possible.

2)u can have the castbar on the nameplates using Aloft...tht will allow u to see wat every1 around u is casting
