Inn's and makeing new home UI problems

Hello! I have one problem with a UI that is pretty much bits and pieces from this site.
I cant go into a Inn and make the place my new home, dont get option to make it, i can just buy. I have to disable the intire UI and load deafult to get it to work.

Dont have a custom merchant window.

What can it be?
