Download counts

It'd be really nice if we could have download counts reset when we upload new versions. Or, even better, have one overall counter and a separate one that resets when we upload new versions.

I'd prefer the current "overall history" counter, plus an individual per-version counter.

Sounds like a good idea, although I'd think a daily counter is more interesting for tracking downloads compared to a per release counter.
