Chat colors

I couldn't find info about how to change the chat colors inside an addon.

My purppose is to develope and addon that would change some chat colors that, at first, are not available to change.

For example, if I want to separate the Guild Master's messages from the other guilties messages, I would want to add to the Guild Master's messages any different color from the default green.

I don't know if you understand me.
