Dropdown menu help

I'm trying to implement a dropdown menu with items (without submenus or any other nonstandard stuff), with Wow UI Designer. Not a ComboBox, but a regular dropdown, similar to the one popping up when clicking on a chat window tab. What's the best way to go about it?
