It's pretty sad that countries can't agree on anything so things like contests can be open to all. Myself, I could really use a new laptop (heck any PC of recent vintage), however I live in Italy which still has laws that were written by the Facists in the 1930s. Most Ebay sellers don't want to mess with Italy as too many times, the merchendise gets "lost" or the buyers gets nailed with customs fees that often more expensive than the acutal item.
