chat system message disabler

Hi,

I'm looking for a script to disable the system message below, generated by oQueue since last patch.

"The number of messages that can be sent is limited, please wait to send another message."

I know I can turn this off by deleting my RealID broadcast (OQ) but I can't use the addon then. (there's a hotfix on the way for oQueue but until then it would be nice to disable that spamming message because the last version is still working)
