How to show multiple mob bar health - Shadowed Unit Frames

Hey guys, I'm not seeing the option to see multiple enemy bars when it comes to aoe'ing a group of mobs down while utilizing Shadowed Unit frames. I must be missing something....? any help will be appreciated.
