Carbonite 4.034 Released

This version of Carbonite is for WoW 4.0.3a.

Changes: 4.034

Updated quest database. About 100 quests were added.
Added these tracking options to the "Tracking HUD" options page so they can be disabled.
"Pals in battlegrounds"
"Taxi destination"
"Your corpse"

Fixed German mining node names.
Fixed format of Flight Master location data, which stopped the taxi destination being tracked.
