Carbonite map not reading right

Don't know if there's an error file for this or how to find it. But I went and upgraded to 5.3.0-Alpha-1r1 because of the 5.3 patch saying my carbonite was out of date. Now my map won't show me zones I haven't been to. I've checked all my options, even clicked for it to install my old settings. The map was doing this before I installed the 5.3.0 version but only since patch 5.3 came out.

Also, if my mouse passes over the button that's for Playerscore/Gearscore (whichever name it wishes to go by lol), the info tip for it tends to stay up unless I pass the mouse over the other buttons.

Hmmm, there could be other addons conflicting. Have you disabled them?

Yes I did. Also checked to see if it was just the other out of date addons like gatherer. Map still did it. I've had to go back to 5.1 in order to quest because I depend heavily on my map to know where to go to.
