"Buried" Directional Arrow

I accidentally pushed the directional arrow--the one that tracks my target/quests as I travel--too far up under the top edge of my game screen. I can see the arrow, but not the time to my target. I've tried to grab it and pull it down, but the little box I need to grab is all the way under the edge of the screen.

Is there any way to reset the position of the arrow or some other way to fix it so I can see my times again?

You can try "/carb resetwin" It may reset the arrow, but it will also reset ALL Carb windows back to the default locations.
