Gypsy and TitanPanel

Has anyone had problems running both Gypsy (UnitBars I think is the one) and
TitanPanel? I'm guessing it is more than likely TitanPanel, but it seems that
my player and target frames get moved back to the top sometime after I
reposition them. I like the info displayed with Gypsy, and I like having
the tooltip follow the mouse, but I don't like having the player and target
frame at the top of the screen.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Or know why it happens?

For the record, I did remove TitanPanel and I can position things where I want them.
I just can't use TitanPanel.

I suspect TitanPanel is trying to reposition the items at the top of the screen but just
below the bar(s). Not sure what the best way to overcome issues of control between
two different mods. I thought about commenting out the offending move code in
TitanPanel.
