Tracking of who sent what from in-game mail

I'm looking for an addon that will keep track of how many of what items people have sent me via in-game mail.

For example, I have a tailor who can make 28-slot bags from 12 Imperial Silk, 12x8(=96) Bolts of Windwool Cloth, or 12x8x5(=480) Windwool Cloth.

I tell someone that I will make them a bag if they supply the materials so they start sending me Cloth and Bolts of Cloth a little at a time. I'd like to keep track of what I'm sent as automagically as possible.

Before I start coding from scratch, I'm asking to see if there something out there that might be a good starting point.
