[BUG] Minimap docking in city/indoor/caves 2

Upon login while indoors, the minimap is docking itself even if the option is not checked to do so.

On login in a builing in Dalaran I see it docked for a second and then it undocks as I have it set to.

Mine occured in a cave. One just north of K3 with the spiders (don't remember the name). Logged out, logged back in, minimap stayed docked in the upper left after leaving. Haven't tested with new release yet though so I'll post with results.
