only the icon shows not the map

So only the carbonite icon on the minimap is showing. Nothing will bring the map up. Or the quest watch list for that matter.

That would happen when running Carbonite 4.013 on patch 4.0.3a.

So there is in effect no working carbonite for the game as it exists today?
