Caith UI Action Bar question

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with editing kg panels(I think its kg panels) to make space for a second row of action bars in Caith UI. The default UI comes with one row of bars and would look funky if I just added a new row of action bars above it without changing the background panels to fit them in. Its fairly simple to do. Going on the assumption its kgpanels type in /kgpanels config, go to the active panels section and find the appropriate panel. Click on it and scroll down in the window on the right. Find the height settings and adjust them till they fit to your liking.

You may need to tweak its vertical position which you can do easily by either typing in a new position in the appropriate box or using the up and down buttons.
