Nothing happens at all

I have unzipped all the files to my addon folder, I normally do not have issues installing addons, previous versions of carbonite always worked great.

However I attempted to update to 3.1 and despite the fact I can see carbonite in my addons list at the login screen, and it is enabled for all of my characters, when I do login, nothing shows up. at all. as if its not installed whatsoever, any clues?

*Edit* Ok so it works for ONE of my toons, even though I have in enabled on all of them, no other addons are enabled at the moment to rule out conflicting addons issue...I'm really lost as to why it only wants to work for 1 toon.

Only thing I can think of is the addon check mark is silver, meaning it is enabled only on some characters (one in this case). Uncheck and check, which should make it gold colored.
