Punks?

I am sorry but I cannot seem to be able to figure out what the heck a "punk" is. I mean, so far as the addon is concerned..LOL!

Could someone tell me what it is and why I need it?

"Punks" are enemy players near you. I rarely if ever actually look at it, but it has come in handy from time to time.

Ok ty. Since I don't PVP I guess it doesn't matter to me then.

You can disable it if you'd like.

Go to the options, and under Social & Punks, below the text "Punks Options", uncheck everything except "Hide punk target button window".
