Arrow how do i make tga files for Kgpanels?

Hey guys and gals i have a question i need answered lol! ok so my problem is i want to make my own custom ninja turtle backround for my kgpanels. i have photoshop cs4 so i know i have the right tools. ill explain what i know and what i did and i hope someone can tell me what im doing wrong.

1. i resize my pic to 256x256 or 512x512(max)

2. i make a transparent backround with a 2nd layer

3. i make a black alpha layer in it

4. i save it as tga then i save as into wow folder

5. my target file is \\Interface\\Textures\\Raphael-neon.tga



it loads so i know i did something right but i dont see any images at all just a clear box...ive search the web high and low cant seem to find a guide for wow. ton of other game backround quides none fro wow

i really hope 1 of you can show me the way

Not sure if this is it, but -- Make sure you're not using RLE compression when you save the tga file. Blizz doesn't handle compressed files.

its not compresses i do it in 32 bit uncompressed

dude ive already done that its not what im asking. i understand how to load them i need to know how to make the correct pic with the correct layers. thats my trouble. its loading in the game just fine but no pic it up...

Change the alpha layer color from black to white.

White = Visible
Black = Transparent

EDIT: Also note, if your image doesn't take up the entire canvas, you can use Select -> Load Selection and press Enter on the popup. It'll automatically select all pixels that are not the background. Then you can swap to view the alpha layer and it'll already have the area outlined for you to fill in white with the paint bucket.
