[highlight=lua] issues

So when using the [ or ] character in a [highlight=lua] tag you end up with this:

A quick bump as this issue is still prevalent and it makes [highlight] pretty much useless.

In addition, I'd like to see the line numbers not embedded into the text, so that they are not copied if you select the content.
If you want to copy the code at the moment, you have to quote the person and copy the text from the reply-window ...

P.S.: I don't like highlight's colors
