Note about 5.4.2 alpha 5

This version has a small bit of the new localization in place...

You'll discover 2 files inside, Carbonite\Locales\enUS\

They cover all the strings that were inside Carbonite.lua ... still many files to go for finding and setting strings to be localized, but if people want to they can start with these 2 for language conversions.

It's such a good start, I would like to submit a zhCN locale after the whole localization thing is done.
For now I just hard-coded simplified-Chinese into the lua files and it's a pain in the *something* when an update came out.
