LF a way to turn OFF skill tooltip

Like the tiltle says...I know I can turn off the description in Interface/Help...but I want to be able to turn it off completely or be able to move it...very much would prefer to turn it off though.

You can use an Addon like Tipsy (available on Curse) to move it.

If you use an Addon like Bartender 4 on this site, you can many more options to rearrange your bars than you probably want, but you also get the choice to show tooltips always, never, or only when not in combat.
