lunarsphere +2 other addons

1. IS it posible to change Lunarsphere options layout wihout reloading ui? I mean like bartender. I need that lunarsphere would change layout by only chnaging my spec.
2. I am searching for addons which make http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/3410/41507513.png Characters apear like in this picture.
3. Is there any addons like quest helper which would show where is you target instead of quest.
