New SCT gives error

Just got 4.11 and it's borked. When I get into the game i get

sct.lua attempt to index field '?' a nil value

Options screen has no colors and is all borked as well

help ?

Please try resting your options as I mentioned.

I could have forced a reset for everyone, but since it would not affect most people I figured it was best to just warn those that see strange errors.
