Can't even get started

I downloaded and installed Minion just fine, but when I click on the Minion icon on my desktop to run it, all it does is open the minion.jar file with my PowerArchiver application. I have unclicked the PowerArchiver option to associate PowerArchiver with JAR files, but it's still doing it. What am I missing?

You need to go to your default programs in the start menu. Click on the associating file types, wait until it populates and find .jar in the list. You need to try to associate it with java. That should help you.
