random messages sent

ok recently my account got hacked
this is when i installed the new carbonite
i dont know if it was caronite or so what but its kind of suspicious
so when i login to my hacked account it said that all my chat and mail has been restricted
so ok got back my character and everything
so notice a messages restriction always keep popping up
so i deactive each addon one by one
and found out that the new carbonite was sending hidden messages
so now i am back to the old one
please let me know if something is wrong with my carbonite
