Map Fade Out Not Working

Hi there......I apologize if this was asked and answered in other thread but I can't seem to find anything about this elsewhere. On my Carbonote map, the zone or area I am in will not fade out when my mouse is not over the map. Can anyone provide some assistance? Thanks!!
