Looking for an addon, Blizz "encounter meter"
Hello, I'm looking for an addon that would help me move the Blizzard "encounter meter" -- this is basically the meter(s) they use during some specific quests or boss encounters, i.e. the Anger meter for Taran Zhu.

Any thoughts?

If you prefer an addon that just moves that specific frame (the PlayerPowerBarAlt frame) instead of taking the "nuke it from orbit" approach with MoveAnything, use BetterPowerBarAlt.
