Got my char renamed... how to get rid of old one!

Guys yesterday i changed my Blood Elf to a Tauren (awesome trade imo) but now some addons still have the old character name on their database! Like postal, altaholic, and some others... is there a way to delete this data from the game?
Thanks for any help and tips i might get!

Some addons will let you purge profiles; however other require you to delete information and/or the savedvariables file.
